Question:
Are there complaints of the surface allowing bags of groceries to slide all over? And Does it fold up or roll up if I needed it to for third row? Also Does the underneath surface grip to the carpeted area so as to stay put and not slide out of confinement? Thanks

So far we haven't received complaints of the Husky Liners WeatherBeater # HL24361 allowing bags of groceries to slide around but then again this isn't really guaranteed to keep stuff immobile. It will definitely be better than the current surface in the back of your 2011 Honda Pilot but it isn't really "sticky".
This liner will be too rigid to roll up if you are needing to use a 3rd row of seating in your Pilot but we do have the WeatherTech # WT40378 which is flexible enough for you to do so. Both liners will do a great job of staying put during travel.
If you are really wanting to keep cargo stationary in the back of your Pilot then I recommend using a combination of one of these liners with a trunk organizer like part # HM74113 measuring 16-3/4" long x 1-1/2" wide x 10" tall.
