Hey, everybody. Welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look at the Coghlan's Sewing Kit. So this kit is gonna be a nice way of giving you almost everything you need to make sure that no matter where you are, you can go ahead and start sewing. So what are we working with here today Well, the first one, we are gonna have this nice little kit here. Has a little foam blocker to go ahead, just to count for some of our negative space inside here You're seeing 150 feet or 50 yards of threads here.
Of course, a lot of different colors to make sure that no matter what we're doing and what we're working on, we have the thread to do the job. You are seeing a needle threader here as well. Let me go ahead and not lose it. Just a little guy to go ahead, help that needle get threaded in there. Five safety pins, or clips, I'm sorry to say, which is great.
And then we have eight little buttons here, making sure we can go ahead, replace all of our buttons that we need. Two snaps to make sure that we can go ahead and replace our snaps. A thimble to go ahead and protect our fingers, which is excellent. Five needles to start getting that thread put through. And of course, a little scissors to go ahead, clean up what we're done on the very end.
So, really like how that kit works. I mean, loading everything up, you put your thimble right here in that open space that you're seeing. And then just start trying to load everything up as you can. Not gonna be too much room here in this kit, but just enough to go ahead and start loading everything up. And let's just go ahead and do that really quick to see how easy that is to do.
Again, you could probably add maybe a little bit more into here. Yeah, just kinda set everything on top. Try to get her closed. And yeah, it's just a little click kit thing here. Again, that's kinda my main issue with it. It's just hard to fit almost everything in this little kit. Now, I think once we spend a little time with it and we know how everything wants to go, it'll stay in there. And it itself is not the most secure kit. If I kinda do that, it all kinda opens up. So one thing I would maybe do, get like a little ponytail holder or something and keep it kinda nice and secure. That way, this kit doesn't open up. 'Cause I really do like how that thread fits in there. One thing I might do too, just take out that foam. Now that's gonna make that thread move a little bit more, but give you a little bit more room to go ahead and actually maybe add in some more of all the stuff that we need to start sewing everything up. But again, like I said, that'd be my one concern. Just go ahead and actually securing that kit a little bit more, that way doesn't open up on the inside of our bags and then we're not finding our scissors at the very bottom.
