Hello, neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Optronics LED directional warning light in clear or white color, with 18 flash pattern options. Now, folks, this is what we call a permanent mount, so this has some screws included that you would mount it flush on the outside of a vehicle, trailer, and whatnot. Now, I didn't wanna caution you before we go any farther, there's gonna be some light flashing sequences and strobing throughout the video later on. I will warn you when we get to those parts. So, if you are susceptible to those kind of things and they bother your eyes, just turn away, pause it, fast forward, whatever you need to do at that time.
Again, I'll warn you when we get there. Now, getting into it, this light itself is compact. It's only about 1/2 inch thick, 1 3/4 inches is tall, and 4 3/4 inches side to side, with the mounting holes on center being 4 1/4. Now this runs on 12 or 24 volt DC systems. (table thudding) The lens is super durable polycarbonate.
It's nice and thick and strong, and it is sealed onto an aluminum base housing, and that's gonna protect against dust, moisture, those kind of things. Why would you use a light like this Well, emergency vehicles, plowing snow, maybe construction, transportation of things, agricultural applications, it meets all SAE J595 for Class I vehicles on emergencies. You can wire this up with the four wires included here for positive, negative, changing the flashing sequence, and then just synchronizing light to light or all the lights on one side or alternating or in sync. So, those extra lights will be sold separately, obviously. We do carry these in multiple colors.
Today, this one is just clear, but we also carry these in, I believe, blue and amber, red and amber, clear, and all those colors, possibly green and amber, to just check out the different sizes, shapes, all that stuff here on etrailer.com's website. And we'll get you on the right one you need if this particular one isn't for you. Well, folks, at this time, I am going to wire this up for demo. So, go ahead and pause, turn it off, fast forward, whatever you need to do on your end if you are susceptible to the flash and light sequences. And we're gonna go ahead and get into it.
Now, again, folks, I will turn this on, and then I will turn the lights off as well so you can see it both ways. So, here we go. And again, it's just clear, I'm gonna turn the lights off. And I will zoom out so you can see, about 10 feet away from the camera right now. And so that kinda gives you an idea of how bright and how far. And let's go through a couple of the, whoa, flash patterns here. So, again, 18 different options of flash patterns available. All you simply do is use the yellow lire, yellow wire to go through those different options per the instructions. Kinda a wigwag back and forth, super fast back and forth. So, again, different speeds, different patterns. You choose which one you want. Once you get to one you want, you can have it wired up that way. That way every time you turn it off or on, it stays that particular pattern. And, obviously, you're probably using the switch of some sort inside the cab of your vehicle or on your farm implement to get this wired up. That is sold separately as well. Those kind of toggle switches and whatnot. So, that's gonna do it for the visual demo, so you can look back if you are looking away for the reason. And the, folks, again, this is the clear option. The LED by Optronics directional warning. I'm Steven, thanks for your time. Thanks for watching. Stay safe out there on the road.
