When you're working roadside, being seen clearly is not optional. This amber and white surface-mount strobe adds certified warning output and an auxiliary LED strip in a sealed housing, helping approaching drivers recognize your presence sooner.
Switching between warning colors usually means installing separate lights. This strobe combines amber and white output in one housing along with a center auxiliary strip using 8 LEDs. You can change signal color while keeping the same mounting location and wiring footprint.
Roadside lighting sees rain, spray, and regular cleaning. This unit uses a sealed housing with IP67 and IP69K ratings. The light continues operating during wet conditions and washdowns without losing output.

Hi everyone, Steven here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at a Custer LED warning strobe light. It's a rectangular shape in both amber and white color. Now as you can see from my warning here, we are gonna be doing some strobing lights, flashing sequences. I'm gonna turn this on in a few seconds, so please stop the video now if you're susceptible to those kind of things, and go ahead and just stop it there. All right, I'm gonna go ahead and turn this on now.
(switch clicks) So again, you're gonna have lots of different options as far as the flash patterns, and I'm gonna go ahead and turn off my overhead lights as well. So that's far away, you can kinda see how bright it is, and I do wanna go ahead and zoom in now. And all you gotta do is use the yellow wire and tap it onto the positive wire per the instructions. And that can then change between 10 different selectable flash patterns. And it's called a trigger wire.
If you've ever installed these, you kinda know how that works. Pretty simple to do. I'm just tapping this for a split second on that wire, and it's changing them. If you buy multiples of these, the rest of the wires that are here, is lots of different colors. The instructions explain how to wire them in sequence.
If you want all, let's say, I don't know, up to five or six different lights you want to flash at the same time, or two one way, to the other, you can wire it up all those different ways, just follow the instructions. And of course, these are all waterproof and everything. They meet all the IP67 and 69K ratings. Let's go ahead and turn this back off, and turn our overhead lights back on the studio. Now while my light is auto correcting here with me, bear with me, here we go.
So you do get this plastic chrome-plated bezel here, chrome color. (bezel bangs) And then of course you have the rubberized, or foam, backing foam, sorry, not rubber. Four screws for installation included. And then you have a nice pigtail with all the different color wires I mentioned. The base here is aluminum, polycarbonate lens, so super-strong, super-durable. It measures 9 1/8 inches on the long side, seven inches tall, and about 1 3/8 inches thick. So again, pretty simple to install, nice, bright, easy to see, very safe if you're looking for something like this, maybe in construction, emergency equipment, city worker or something like that. Who knows We've got you covered. And if you don't want to install it yourself, you can always reach out to us here at etrailer or on our website, use our dealer locator tool. And based on your ZIP code, we can find someone in your area that can do the installation as well. I'm Steven, reach out if you have any further questions, and have a great day.
