Add another leak-monitoring location to your WaterStop system. This wireless sensor detects water, identifies where the leak occurred, and signals WaterStop to automatically shut off your RV's incoming water supply.
One sensor comes with the WaterStop system, but an RV has more than one place where a leak can start. A leak that begins outside that sensor's location may go undetected. Add sensors under sinks, near toilets, inside utility bays, or around other plumbing connections to monitor more areas. One system supports up to 7 sensors.
Rename each sensor by location in the Blu Onyx app so an alert tells you where water was detected. When a sensor detects water, it signals the WaterStop system, which sends an alert and automatically closes the incoming water valve.
Place additional sensors up to 65' from the WaterStop unit. Each sensor uses a replaceable 12V A23 battery with a typical replacement interval of 1 to 1.5 years. This sensor requires a GoBluTech WaterStop unit (GB29FR - sold separately) and does not operate independently.

Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the GoBluTech WaterStop RV leak detection sensor. So, if you already have a GoBluTech WaterStop system in your RV, this sensor lets you expand that protection to another area where a water leak could potentially start. And that's important because one sensor can only monitor the area immediately around it. So, your RV has plumbing obviously underneath sinks, around toilets, inside utility bays, and a leak could start in any one of those places.
So, you can place additional sensors in each individual area. And if one detects water, it'll communicate wirelessly to the next ones all the way to your WaterStop system. And from there that system could then automatically close the incoming water valve to help stop the flow of the water instead of allowing that leak to continue. Now from the free app, the Blu Onyx app, you can also name each sensor based on its location. So, maybe you're like bathroom one or rear bathroom or I don't know, bathroom sink, kitchen sink, those kind of things.
And then basically you'll know exactly where that leak is in the RV based on that sensor telling you, "Hey, RV rear sink leaking," or something like that. You know what I mean So, you can identify the leak, find it faster. It also has an LED light down here on the bottom of the sensor. Obviously it's not lit up right now. It'll flash when water's detected and that's gonna make it easily physically able to locate the affected area as well.
Now again, one WaterStop system can monitor up to seven of these sensors at the same time, so, and you can place them up to 65 feet away from the main unit. The sensor runs on a replaceable 12-volt A23 battery with a typical replacement interval about one to one and a half years in between. So, just keep that in mind. This is an expansion sensor. You do need the GoBluTech WaterStop system sold separately.
This is not gonna operate just by this piece alone. Folks, I'm Steven with etrailer. That's our time together. Thanks for watching.
