Note: Do not use for overhead lifting. This load binder is designed to work as part of a complete tie-down system. The overall capacity depends on the safe working load limit (WLL) of the chain(s) that you choose, as well as the capacity of the load binder itself. The item being tied down must not exceed the combined WLL of the lowest-rated components in the system.

Hello, neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Durabilt ratchet chain binder with grab hooks for 3/8 to 1/2 inch chain rated at 11,300 pounds. Now folks, this has been certified by a lot of different things such as DOT and some other certifications standards. I'll put them up on the screen real quick. Now, this ratcheting chain binder is equipped with two integrated grab hooks for everyday versatile cargo control. It has an I-15 inch handle that's gonna provide leverage to add or reduce tension via the dual function and in the manual pull lever.
So you can ratchet one way (lever clanking) and then twist the manual pull lever and ratchet the other way. Now if you've never used these, you have this nice high strength forward steel oversized barrel or screw system. That has threads inside of it. And then these chains on the end can spin on the eye links here, in or out, you hook up your chain and this guy here is gonna ratchet (lever clanking) and in doing so, it's gonna pull those tighter and pull your chain to a safe tight load for whenever you're towing. Now this particular handle will accept a padlock that is sold separately and it's gonna give you a tension only position lock.
So if you have it in the high tension position, you could then lock it to where no one could get it back out and then they couldn't steal your equipment and that kind of stuff. So I wanna show you that side. You got the hole right there for that. (lever clanking) Now obviously it's just gonna go through again once you have it on the high tension side. So it would go through here, come out right through here.
The way no one can move that pull and then loosen it up and steal your gear. Nice powder coat finish in red. It's gonna hold up against rust and corrosion and also make it just highly visible whenever you need to use it. Folks, that's gonna wrap it up for our quick look. I'm Steven, thanks for watching and have a great day.
