MagnaFlow ceramic catalysts have large surface areas to speed up the exhaust breakdown process while a steel body is spun around them for protection in a compact shape. Mandrel bent tubes increase air flow. Ford Contour specific. Not CARB compliant.

This catalytic converter is vehicle-specific, so the included clamps and hooks connect to the factory flanges and hanger locations, making installation quick and easy. It includes Mandrel bent tubes that reduce exhaust turbulence to improve airflow.


MagnaFlow engineers its ceramic catalysts with superior airflow in mind. The large surface area of the single honeycomb catalyst combines with a detailed coating process to allow the most exhaust to flow through the converter. Innovative technology allows each catalyst to both oxidize and reduce harmful emissions.


Computer generated and laser welded, this converter has a tubular body fabricated from one whole section, spun tightly around the ceramic catalyst to keep it in proper alignment and to create its innovative compact shape. Thick-gauge material forms the inlet and outlet for maximum durability.
