Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and today we're taking a quick look at the Taylor Made deluxe US flag. So this is going to be a flag to fly on our boat to show off our patriotism, you can also hang it around the house in our garage, really anywhere that you'd want it to be. It is meant for marine use, so it's going to be a nice durable flag. It's also going to have the premium stitching, so each of these stars is embroidered really nicely and it's going to be the same on the back. So no matter which way you view it from, it's going to look just as nice.
Each of the stripes are their own separate piece of fabric. So there's no way that the colors can run together. It's going to keep it looking nice for years to come.All the stitches and hems are reinforced. So we'll have a double stitch going along each of these stripes and around the canton for our field of stars, you can get a little closer look at those details so you can see how it's going to look in person or as much as you can. So again, these are going to give me kind of a raised embroidered material, really nicely stitched, very clean lines and again looks just as nice in the reverse.
So all the stars are really well embroidered there, definitely lives up to the name of deluxe flag. And again, you can see the stitching going around the canton and for each of our 13 stripes.So whether you're using this to identify your nationality on the waters or you just want to have it to decorate the garage or your den in your house, this is going to be a great addition to any home or any boat. The way we're going to attach this to our mast, if we choose to fly it is going to be these two grommets here at either end or at the fly end or mast end. So these are going to be reinforced, has another piece of fabric over here to give it a little bit reinforcement as well. The overall size of this flag is 30 inches by 48 so four feet by a little over two and a half feet or about two and a half feet there.
I think this is a really nice looking flag. The material is going to be a nylon, so we shouldn't have to worry about any fraying or again, any of those colors bleeding together and it is made in the USA. But that's all for me. I've spent the past 5 months, completely refurbishing a 1958 Arkansas Traveler 14ft alum. V-hull boat and a 1988 Holsclaw Bros trailer. During that time I've placed at least a half dozen orders from etrailer, as they simply have a vast variety of items and and their website is fantastic, easy to use and their deliveries are prompt and efficient. This flag was the last item I added to this project and being retired military, I think it dressed up the vessel beautifully and I can't wait to see it waving in the breeze during the fall fishing season here in NH!

We live on a 540 acre all sports private lake in the state of Michigan. Instead of flying the American flag like others along the shore line we are flying our last name of Seymour spelled out. Not sure how many boaters that cruise by know what it says, but we do! And we get a lot of compliments on these flags. Thanks

This flag looks to be made well, and is very bright, which I think is great! However I have not used it as of now so I'm not sure how durable it is. The only thing that disappointed me with this order is that it took so long to receive it. I ordered another flag after I ordered this one and received it in a matter of days not weeks like this order.

Ive had this flag up for almost a year, it is located in a very windy place, and due to the small size of the flag and the almost constant blowing of wind the flag has started to fray. It has however, lasted longer than the previous flag we had up.

I had a taylor made pirate flag on my boat for ten years. Same one at that. Iget my new one and the first outing it ripps up. The reason i went with Taylor was because of the years my old one lasted. I dought this will last to the end of the year.

The material is of decent quality. The image is good but could be much better. My disappointment is that the image is only readable on one side of the flag. The other side is like looking at everything backwards, words and all. Most flags are readable on both sides. The colors are good and only time will tell if it lasts.

I am not pleased with the flags. The quality is NOT what I expected. I expected embroidered stars not printed. I could have purchased a similar flag at a .99 cent store. This flag was advertised as a boat flag!
I would NOT want to display this flag on my yacht.
