Michael: Ahoy mateys. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the Taylor Made pirate boat flag. This is obviously the Jolly Roger design. It's got the skull and crossbones on the black background. This is a lightweight nylon.
You can see it's reversible. We're going to be able to see the same image on both sides. The lightweight nylon is going to allow it to easily catch the wind and blow very easily. You can see over here, we've got two brass grommets on our reinforced heading, which are going to help secure this to our flagpole, reduce the amount of fraying or anything like that. The flagpole and hardware are sold separately.
They do not come included in this kit.As far as our dimensions, our flag is going to be right about 18 inches long by maybe just slightly over 12. Call it maybe 12 and three eighths wide. Our grommets are seven sixteenths of an inch in diameter. Now, it's one thing to show the flag, it's another thing to show it in use. I've got a fan here that I'm going to start up so you can see how this catches the wind. It might be a little bit noisy.
You can see the flag is going to blow nicely in the breeze as we're cruising in our boat or if we just have it outside our beach house or wherever we're planning on using it, we'll still be able to see that skull and crossbones easily. That's going to complete our look at the Taylor Made pirate boat flag.
