this product is amazing. this is made very durable and of high quality. i was impressed of the overall quality of the product itself. the swivel brush is an A+++ with the extension of the brush i just pushed all the snow off the car from one side i didnt even have to go to the other. the scraper is great! high quality plastic broke thru the ice like nothing. if you want an amazing brush thats sturdy and durable and gets the job done with ease this is the one to get right here hands down.

I like the fact that I'm not having to practically climb on top of a stool to remove frost from the windshield of my SUV , especially from the front windshield. The extendable handle is quite practical . My only peeve (which is why I didn't give it 5 stars) is that I'd have been happier if the ice chippers were on the back of the scraper instead of to the side of the brush .They are practically useless being at the side. The blade is so narrow it wastes valuable time chipping. Overall, it's a decent product.

Just received it, so it hasn't been used yet. It looks great, however, there is an ice crusher on the unit that will be removed/cut off. It has the potential to scratch our new vehicle. There really is no reason for that feature on the device. To use it you would have to use a banging/hammering motion on ice. I certainly won't be banging or hammering on my new car, and I don't want to accidentally scratch it. The item came very quickly and was amazingly well packaged for shipping. So far, the only reason for not getting 5 stars is the ice crusher on the item.

I haven't actually used it yet (waiting on cold weather... hurry up!!) but I wasn't as pleased with it as others I've used in the past. Longer than I'd like, I mean come on, do you really need an extra long handle on a one hand frost scraper? My unit also easily separates into two pieces. :( I'd look for a different one.

Blade for scraping ice is uneven and only makes content with the windshield in one or two places which makes it ineffective at scraping ice.
