Video Transcript for Checking Out the Hopkins Ice Hammer Ice Scraper with Snow Brush

Hey guys. Today we're be checking out the Hopkins Ice Hammer ice scraper with brush. This thing is about 23 inches long. It's going to allow us to stretch out across our windshield and brush off that snow. It's going to be very easy to do. It's just like any other ice scraper or snow brush, but what separates this one from the others is it's very flexible, so we don't have to worry about it breaking on us as we're scraping that ice off the windshield. On the opposite end, here, it's got a nice good grip on it.

That way we don't have to worry about our gloves or hands sliding up the rest of the grip. Right here, we've got another grip. That way we can really get in there and scrape that ice off.Now right here, it's actually got an ice breaker, so if that ice is pretty tough on our windshield, we can actually turn it like this, and run that along the ice, and it's going to kind of bunch it up and help us get it loose. That way we can scrape it off. And finally brush it off. Now, I recommend, whether you're doing any of these, you run that defroster, it's going to make it much easier to get all of it off your windshield. Now the bristles are pretty soft, though I do recommend using this only on your windshield.

That's what it's intended to do, that way you're not scratching up the paint on your car. I know a lot of people think that they can do that, but I would not recommend it.But once all the snow is off of our windshield, that's going to complete our look at the Hopkins Ice Hammer ice scraper with brush.

I have been using this model for years. I bought extra to give as gifts this time.

by:

Blade for scraping ice is uneven and only makes content with the windshield in one or two places which makes it ineffective at scraping ice.

by:

Really excellant because of long reach handle. Brushes are fine after one season of use so far

Had one for awhile, needed one for my other car, found it here [etrailer].

  • What Tire Chains Do You Recommend for a 2021 Honda CRV with Tire Size 235/60-18?
In order to get the correct fit of tire chains on your 2021 Honda CRV FWD to make your Colorado visits stress free, I had to do a bit of research to discover the factory tire sizes on your tires. I found out that the most common factory tire size for your model is 235/60-18. In order to know if these are your tires, I recommend checking out the numbered size on the face of your tires. Another location of your tire size is on the inside of your driver's-side door frame. For a 235/60-18,...

  • How Many Snow Tire Chains Do I Need on 2018 Subaru WRX?
If ever you aren't sure about what tires you need to chains on, you can find out by reading your owner's manual. I looked through Subaru's 2018 WRX and WRX STI/RA Owner's Manual and you can double-check yours as well. Since you have a small wheel clearance, Subaru asks you to be extra careful with installing traction devices and that you only use Class S devices like the Konig Self-Tensioning, Low-Profile Snow Tire Chains # TH00023102. The manual says to only install them on your front...
