The mirrors will not stay inplace. The spring tenioners always come loose and I don't know if I can remove the screws to add locktite.

But if the 2002 Jeep Wrangler had the flag style mirrors before then switching to mirror # CM44801 (for either full steel doors or with OEM half doors) would provide better visibility. The matching driver's side mirror is # CM44800.
