I used it for a while to store our large Thule bike rack on a wall in the garage. Then I got a dolly for the bike rack that rolls around and put the hitch in a dump trailer to use for a large bike trip to the Hiawatha trail. It worked great. Both time I just used lag bolts into lumber to mount it.

Exactly what i was looking for, this product allowed me to replace the pintle ball on the back of my mason dump truck, and replace it with a two inch receiver. Now, i am not limited to pintle hook trailers and i can use a drop receiver for lower trailers. Very heavy-duty construction. Best price from etrailer.

I am extremely happy with the fit and function of this product. The installer was extremely happy with how well the kit worked. This was his first time installing a prefabricated one he usually makes them for customers. It saved him time which I like cause install cost less. etrailer was fantastic I never checked the package when I recieved it and did not know that it was missing the brackets to hold on the D rings until the installer called me. One email to etrailer with a picture of the destroyed box and they shipped the D rings. My dump box sits 18 inches further out in the frame so he fabricated a extension for my truck.

Quality kit. Easy installation. The kit price was very competitive at the time I purchased it. Make sure the pintle hook has the correct bolt hole pattern. This plate was the heaviest rated they sell but the pintle hook that fits it is not rated as heavy as the plate itself.

Just what you need to install a pintle on a truck. Save tons of time fabricating it yourself. Edges are cut nice and smooth. Well worth the money.

Besides not having the parts available at the estimated delivery date. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would purchase from them again. I would suggest a Delivery date prior to purchase this would be very helpful.

Terrible packaging. Im not sure why they bother powder coating a trailer hitch if half the finish is off before it’s installed.

great product and free shipping was great noone else offers that for these. was alil puzzled about the powder coating as the product gets both welded and bolted to achieve full weight rating. other then that very high quality product and seems to be over built for the weight rating. i installed onto a 2000 chevy 3500HD to replace the original 7000# plate hitch
