The quality of the product is excellent. No debating that. My disappointments the design does not make it easy to pull out the Stow-Away chairs and when the chairs are stowed away, it leaves a square opening. Not sure how one would design that but I suspect there were trade offs. Overall, they will stay with the van. My wife likes to keep one seat down as we haul the handicap equipment in the back and groceries behind the driver's chair. I have one pictures of a carpet square in the opening of the floor mat.

These went in perfect and now happy the low cost mats provided by the dealer were removed! Love these!

When I received the mats, they were perfect. They were easy to install. The front mats cover the entire floor where they was placed. They look great and will protect the carpet in all types of weather. The 2nd an 3rd row mat was also easy to install, looks great and will also protect the carpet. I am well satisfied and would recommend them to my friends.

I was hoping they would be a little softer rubber, but seems like they should be ok.

Great protection

This product is excellent. The only thing keeping it from a five star rating is the fact that the edges are not stiff enough and fold over. This sometimes allows water to escape from the floor mat. I would not hesitate to buy it again if I ever needed another one.

First of all this is not against etrailer - they get 5 stars. This review is specific to the product. Overall the quality of the build is great, it does the job perfectly. The reason for the 3 stars is for the fact that the edges near the doors have folded up and will not stay flat. It's the where the cut is on the sides in the middle. I have tried to put a heavy weight on it but that didn't work. In my opinion that defeats some of the purpose of getting this.

The only reason I have not given this product a 5 out of 5 is because the mat does not lay flat where the 2 slotted sections meet. This is frustrating because that is the space of the floor used to access the 3rd row in our Pacifica. Otherwise, this is another wonderful product from the folks from WeatherTech! I would still recommend this to anyone with a Chrysler Pacifica that also uses the 3rd row on a regular basis.
