Most Popular Controllers for 2021 Thor ACE Motorhome

Ordered this product on line, with help from a rep because I was uncertain of the exact model I needed. Rep was patient as we went through my questions and was spot on with the right item. The control panel worked perfectly and had no further issues. I have since sold our motorhome, but when we get another one will not hesitate to call Lippert again if I am in need of parts.

Easy install, *The hardest part was getting into the narrow part of my pass through.* The leveling works better than it has since we bought the unit a year or so ago. (2016 Jayco 339 flqrs). We had to replace both the control pad and this control box. Now it all works the way it should.

I have a Covid trailer and the Lippert Jack Controller module went out after 2 years. After getting great customer service with etrailer, due to Lippert changing part numbers, I was able to purchase the exact replacement. Installed it in 15 minutes, retracted and then leveled the trailer, followed the instruction to set the new Zero Point level (which took longer than swapping out the controller) and it it worked perfectly. I ordered it and had it the next day too because they had it in stock! Which my neighbors appreciated, since I couldn't move my trailer because the jacks were down and it was stuck ifo my house.
