I have received the replacement part and have installed it. I was able to adjust the replacement part you sent and the unit is working very well. I had looked for a backup camera with sensors and finally found the Hopkins Smart Hitch Model HM50002. Installation was very easy and all parts worked. I was unable to adjust the camera but you sent a replacement now all is working very well. Oh by the way your price was by far the best I found. Will check with you if I need a part for my 2010 Chevy Colorado pickup. When I receive the shipping label I will return the exchange part to you.

I just did the installation on my 2012 GMC Sierra 1500. Installation was fairly easy for this broken down man thanks to the video's that you share! I didn't know what the quality of the monitor would be but I was impressed! The small sized monitor will not be in the way of my view. I placed it on the far left side on my dash. Now I can hitch up to my camper without getting in and out of my truck a half dozen times! Thank You!

I installed a backup camera on my 40' 5th wheel travel trailer. LOVE it! Dialed in the guidelines, flipped the image to mirror view and can nail the tight parking spaces like a professional. Lets me keep an eye on the bikes on the bike rack too. The night vision feature is great. The microphone/speaker works well when I need a real person spotting (which is almost never now). Now my wife can just talk to me, no more yelling. Installation wasn't too difficult as the cable fit behind the weather strip along the corners of the coach. If you want to know what's in the blind spot behind you, good choice here. And the monitor has 2 more video connections to use too. Might add a hookup camera next. Anyway, buy it.

I have a pull behind camper and I like to see what is behind the camper as I go down the road. The camera is wired to an AUX switch so I can have it on when I need it. The camera is also great for backing the camper. The monitor is mounted to a block of wood to fit in two of the four cup holders so I can store it when not in use, out of sight.

Every thing in the kit look like good stuff haven't installed yet.
