Been wanting a backup camera for years. Finally bit the bullet and got one. Easy install and works like a charm. No more jumping in and out of the truck to hitch up a trailer. Also makes backing into close spaces much easier.

Have used the Smart Hitch backup camera for about a year now and am very pleased overall. I can backup and hitch my Airstream on my own, first shot every time. I also use it when backing into parking lots but always leave it in trailer hitch mode. The only complaints are that sunlight can impact vision and the beeper warning goes off when you open the door if a car is close behind you. Minor issues that are not earth shattering. Overall I am very pleased with this product. Installation was just like the videos and I had plenty of wire length for my 2500 HD Crew Cab.

Camera works well but think the screen is little to big

Stopped working and when it did it wasn't that accurate. Now it just doesn't work at all. The beeper is not that loud when it is in the panel of the hatchback.

Installed on 2015 Kia Sorento. My particular installation was simple . I new it would be , that is why I chose this product. My backup lights are located on the back door hatch. Removed three small opening covers and exposed the opening to the light wiring and gained access to " fish wire and connector through, without removing paneling. Connections were literally a "snap". All was achieved within the back door panel. The unit seems to work fine but is lacking corner activation, which is to be expected with only two sensors. My particular application will not sense a small dog even when sensors are pitched lowest possible.( high licence plate). Had to disconnect and reconnect connector with white alignment dots numerous times before unit worked properly. Overall, I would say it functions very well . It is very adequate for my needs and at a reasonable price. I Couldn't give it 5 stars because of the connector problem. How it does in the future. only time will tell .

I just recently purchased and installed the hopkins camera HM60195VA and say I love it. It's an easy install for my dodge challenger and helps out beyond words when backing up. The install only took about an hour and if your not really looking you can't tell there is a camera there. The wiring was simple and plenty long enough and the monitor looks like it belongs there. I highly recommend this set up.

This is one cool gadget , it was also easy to install it only took me 30 minutes. I did share this already to my pastor, to my brother and also to my brother in law. Im not tall of a person standing only 5'7 it was a bit of a challenge for me backing up im driving a 2006 f-150 , so when I saw this online I immediately order it.
