Most Popular Longview for 2020 GMC Sierra 2500

On my old truck I used the CIPA slip-on mirrors. They we always a pain to install and adjust. These new Longview mirrors are great! They are easier to install, and seem much more secure. The mirror surface area is larger than the CIPAs, and the adjustment is smooth and positive. My only critique (otherwise Excellent) would be the large funky flaming bird embossed on the face. This needless decoration seems more suited to a "boy-racer" product than a towing mirror that will probably be sold to more older citizens than young hot rodders.

I haven't tried the product out because I haven't bought a trailer yet but the installation was easy and appears to give me the added depth of vision for a trailer.

These mirrors helped tremendously when towing my Micro Minnie travel trailer versus stock mirrors on my GMC SIERRA 1500. The extended mirrors enabled to better determine when it was safe to move back into my lane after passing a vehicle and allowed me to see better the vehicles behind trailer. Although there was an occasional slight vibration in the passenger side mirror, it did not disrupt the usability of the mirrors. The towing mirrors took only a minute or two to install and fit perfectly on the stock mirrors. Adjusting them properly takes a little more time and is easier when a second person helps. I am extremely pleased with this purchase!

Delivery was quick. The mirrors slipped on with ease and fit well over the existing mirrors and looked almost factory attached. Then came the task for securing the attachments to the vehicle. While the concept is easy someone forgot to check deminsions of the parts and were to short to work on my vehicle. I contacted etrailer by chat and asked if there were alternatives for securing the mirrors and unfortunately there weren't any. Then came my decision to use heavy duty electrical looped through the hole the sent hardware was to be inserted through. Unless you look closely they are not easily seen. When I want to remove the mirrors I simply snip the cable tie on each mirror and ues new ones the next time I need to use the mirrors. While my "fix" works they only 3 star because to the attachment hardware.

The extensions fit the mirror but the hardware to hold them on won’t work. I’ll have to make hardware for them to work properly.

Just installed them and tried. It would be great if they did not vibrate that much; unfortunately they do; so we will have to find a way to improve it.

Purchased these to tow a rented travel trailer. They attached securely and provided just enough extra width to see down the sides of the trailer. Mine have 1000 miles on them, no issues.

Once modified slightly, these mirrors work great. For our Chevy Express Van, the collar and hole for the cinching nut needed to be adjusted so the threads on the tightening clip don't have a 20-30 degree side stress on them at the nut. Other than that, they're very good mirrors with little or no vibration while driving. The face of the collar had to be beveled and the hole slotted to allow the nut to angle off correctly. I tow a 14 foot trailer these mirrors work great, love how easy they are to take them off and put them on very sturdy. The look almost like they came stock. They don’t move or wobble under high speed would definitely recommend them.

No vibration at all. Great for backing up a travel trailer

After a year of using these on my 2022 Ram 1500 while towing my travel trailer I have found nothing to complain about. They fit perfect, work as designed. Install and remove very easy with no damage to my mirrors and the power fold option still works perfect. Signal lights and puddle lights still work as designed with the mirrors on as well.

I bought these for a 2020 Ram. They fit perfectly. They fasten securely to the OEM mirror. Pretty solid and seem to be of good quality, and they don’t cover the mirror turn signals or puddle lights. Would definitely recommend these to a friend.
