Translation: The delivery was on time, the assembly was facile, the materials look good quality, I like it and if there was something to improve it would only be that when it is not used it will bend towards the car.
I love this bike rack. It was easy to install, has zero problems/issues and my bike was always secure and safe. I did add a cable and lock to act as a theft deterrent while paying for gas, etc. The price is very reasonable compared to others in the market and e-trailers made every step of the purchase and install easy and as simple as one could hope for.
