Nice product, like that it bolts to the car verses clamps. Perfect fit which was the most important thing for me after a nightmare experience from [online store]; you get what you pay for. This rack is sturdy, took about 35 minutes to install, and looks great on the Sorento.Perfect height, not too tall and blends with the lines of the vehicle. No noise while driving so I'm stoked that a fairing isn't needed. Didn't give 5 stars because when factory / etrailer cut both the extruded aluminum rails to length the black finish has some chips / cosmetic defects. Minor thing, can't see it unless you look for it, and it is a roof rack so it will get banged up eventually regardless. First purchase with etrailer and I will shop here again. Will also consider Rhino Rack products again as well.
