Most Popular Dash Monitor for 2016 Toyota Tundra

Here are some photos of my install on a 2006 Toyota Tundra. Notes: Photo 1 is of my front plate with an uncut license frame. Photo 2 is the back plate with the frame cut to accommodate the camera. Wiring instructions a little vague, when you do not have a OEM trailer plug, it says to remove plug H. Nothing marked as plug H, so cut off all plugs and searched on how to find reverse and common wires. Rest was a breeze, ran wire up frame and into a plugged hole under carpet, then continued under carpet into dash. Back seat and drivers seat removal a plus to fish wire under carpet.

I installed a backup camera on my 40' 5th wheel travel trailer. LOVE it! Dialed in the guidelines, flipped the image to mirror view and can nail the tight parking spaces like a professional. Lets me keep an eye on the bikes on the bike rack too. The night vision feature is great. The microphone/speaker works well when I need a real person spotting (which is almost never now). Now my wife can just talk to me, no more yelling. Installation wasn't too difficult as the cable fit behind the weather strip along the corners of the coach. If you want to know what's in the blind spot behind you, good choice here. And the monitor has 2 more video connections to use too. Might add a hookup camera next. Anyway, buy it.

I have a pull behind camper and I like to see what is behind the camper as I go down the road. The camera is wired to an AUX switch so I can have it on when I need it. The camera is also great for backing the camper. The monitor is mounted to a block of wood to fit in two of the four cup holders so I can store it when not in use, out of sight.

I just received my order and I was not disapointed. The camera and associated parts are all of high quality and I would not hesitate to order future supplies from etrailers. This is not to mention there fantastic customer service. My purchase was on back order and they kept me in the loop without any intervention from me. Out of all the online order that I have placed this year etrailer deserves a 5+ star rating ... Thanks again
