Purchased for an 8000 mile roadtrip last summer. A perfect fit for our Ford Flex. Easy to locate correct model on etrailer.com website and best price we could find. Install was a snap with good instructions. Great customer support at Thule - totally class company. We used it to mount our Thule luggage carrier as well as fishing poles on the sides. Had minimal effect on MPG. Couldn't be happier with Thule AND etrailer.com.

If an AreoBlade is going to be installed at or near the Rear of a (2014) Ford Flex, the smaller unit (7503) should be used. The Factory Installed Roof Side Rails taper-in from 44.5" at the Front to 42.5" at the Rear. Dual 7504's work OK when installed towards the Front and/or Middle of the Rails. Easy fit on Tesla Model X. Our fitment is for carrying kayaks and the occasional roof box. I would give these 5 stars if SeaSucker had the option to pivot the front mounts 90 degrees to decrease a sloping roof angle. The front mount placement is critical on a Model X as the front glass roof slope/curve means you'll definitely need to moisten the cups and press down firmly while suctioning to get a good fit. Another recommendation is to let the racks sit for 2-3 hours and then check the plungers to see if any have released air (clean and reposition if they have). Repeat the same dry fitment with your cargo attached.

I've waited until I had a chance to install it and test it on my 2017 Mustang before wrote this. Fits perfect and ruggedly built. I thought we would never be able to transport two kayaks but they proved me wrong. Love these Monkey Bars.

Easy to assemble and, solidly built. Very easy/fast to mount/remove after assembly. The instructions are not all that clear for assembly of the combined sr1003 sr1116. I hope this photo will help. Note that the rubber feet remain on the back bar that crosses the car, but the hook that goes under the door frame is transferred to the sr1116 front to back extender bar.

The rack was fairly easy to put on, do NOT over tighten the rectangular nuts on assembly. They are easy to strip. There are now backup nuts on all four bolts on our unit. Be careful to assure that the rubber pads are correctly positioned on the unit's "feet" before tightening it down on your roof. It looks good and on a recent trip from CT to TN and back, we got the best fuel mileage we've gotten since we bought our CRV over a year ago so it sure doesn't create a lot of drag! Once mounted it is sturdy and not unattractive although the side clamps do distort the door gaskets a bit which increased the wind sound level a bit. I think it is a good value if you are careful mounting it.

Awesome rack and super easy to install. Great product and the only bike rack I could find that would fit my 2009 PT Cruiser. Awesome experience from start to finish! The product was shipped on the July 4 holiday weekend which is very much appreciated!

I was looking for a high quality roof rack for a naked roof. After much research I ended up with the SportRack #SR1005 with square steel crossbars. The rack fits well, the bars do not bend under weight of my canoe. Very solid, went fishing today!

Bought these and the basket at the same time about a year ago. Both products have been a great addition to the car. Currently running without the basket and the bars look really nice. Good fitment!
