Not sure wat to say about this. the lock arrived broken. It seems the quality of the lid is not as good as other Thule products. However, I contacted etrailer customer service and I received a new one without any problem. I read many comments about how the bolts were not steady or moved a lot, I have to say that I did not experience anything like that. I used the materials on the package and all fitted perfectly and nothing has been loose on my car.

Great fit and great video. Simple installation and a wonderful product. It has allowed me to use a sweet bike rack and a cargo carrier. I am a big fan of this site!!

Looks like high quality kit. Fits the pin on my Yakima bike rack perfectly.
