Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack - 1,250 lbs
I did install the Thule TracRac SR. I did it on my own and it went well. I'm really pleased with it. As for the photo, I will send you one, once I've washed my truck. Can't make a photo with a dirty truck. I will leave feedback later after some time with the rack.
Excellent rack. I've using these racks for about 15 years.

This is a high quality product. The parts are all well made, and most everything is either stainless or aluminum, so it should last a long time. I bought it because my Kargo Master Pro-II was rusting up badly in only about eight years. Assembly isn't easy. Takes lots of time to get the rails level and evenly spaced, needs to be near perfect for the uprights to slide easily. And, there are just a lot of parts to put together. Assembly took a little longer because the instructions didn't match the kit in one area. The manual tells you to pre-assemble a bunch of fasteners, but then you realize that your parts don't have slots, like the instructions expect, but rather holes instead. So, the parts needed to be unassembled, then reassembled again, this time through the holes. No biggie, but it added to the time necessary. Be nice if the clips up on top could be easily removed when not in use. They look strange, and add height to your truck. I only ordered two of the tie-downs with the rack, should have ordered four so that shipping would be free. They are expensive, but nice. They didn't suggest it in the manual, but I think it would be a good idea to use anti-sieze on the hardware, I'm a little worried about galling down the road when disassembly is necessary. Stainless is prone to do that. In summary, though, this is a dang nice rack! I don't regret the purchase at all.
I have been planning to buy these for years. Now that I finally bit the bullet, I'm quite happy with the product. Installation was simple and straight forward and the flexibility of the rack is great. At first I had hoped to reuse an old rack that I bought on CL with new base rails and cantilever extension from etrailer. While the old racks still worked with the base rails, the cantilever extension package didn't interface properly. I ended up opting to buy all new parts for the sake of simplicity. I'll put the used rack back on CL. I did have some problems with the order initially due to incorrect parts being in the package, but customer service at etrailer was top notch and everyone I spoke with was helpful. We ironed out the problems and etrailer sent out new parts immediately. What could have been a frustrating experience was turned into a slightly prolonged but easy process of getting a great rack on my truck. Thanks!

Very heavy duty ladder rack that does not "whistle" while you drive down the road. Easy install overall, and it is very easy to install and remove the racks as needed after the original install. At the time of purchase this was not available for my vehicle with a short 5.5' bed, but with very minor fabrication the rails for longer beds fit perfectly. I have recommended this rack to several people since purchased a year ago.
Great product! Packaging could be better for the larger pieces (rub marks). My 2018 Ram 1500 quad cab came with some small challenges that I had to solve myself. No videos or written words available. Basically if your bed rails are covered with a bed liner you need to remove the plastic sleeve in the rear stake pockets. Otherwise you won’t get an equal spacing from one rail to the other. You will also need to use the provided rubber tape with the wedges in order to make the rails level. Otherwise it went together great.
What our customers are saying:
"WOW! I am impressed! I called to place my order and real person answered, spoke perfect English, albeit a slight southern accent, and my order was sent within a day, shipped quickly and I had it a few days later. I saved over a hundred dollars over local and installed it my self. I cant imagine how that they could do any better. THANKS!"
