Thule Hitching Post Pro Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches
Although the bike rack is everything I had hoped it would be, I will say the instructions leave a lot to be desired. We are only talking a bike rack and one that is nearly assembled but these are my comments: 1) Which way to the rubber straps go, with the groove edge toward the bike or away? 2) How do you attach the "sway bars" and where? 3) Did they tell you the sway bars connect to the thin part of the bracket, no! 4) What's this big bolt for? Eventually you figure it all out(with the exception of the groove edge of the straps) but why not make the instructions a little clearer? Again, it is a great rack for carrying up to four(4) bikes! You can't beat this bike rack if you have a receiver hitch for price/quality. Handles 4 bikes easily. The bonus for us on our Ford Edge with a 1.25" receiver, the gate is still able to open with the rack on without having to make it tilt down. The handlebars of the first bike sometimes gets in the way, but it still is nice.

Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier - Trunk Mount
This is my first bike carrier and I was stressed I didn't attach it to my SUV correctly but I made it to my destination with no issues. It was surprisingly easy to assemble and place on my vehicle. Since I am a visual learner, the pictures help immensely.
Product is exactly as described. Took some time to figure out the instructions and assemble, but once that was done and we drove the car with 2 bikes on it, we were very happy to realize how well it all works. Bikes were secure, no flopping or bumping. It is perfect for our cross-country drive coming up in a few weeks. Thanks to Thule and the etrailer folks for providing this bike rack.
What our customers are saying:
"I purchased a hitch, wiring harness, bike carrier and bike adapter for a newly redesigned 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. Everything arrived in a matter of days and either fit or worked perfectly. Great prices, quality and service support. Rest assured, I'll be recommending you to anyone who asks. Thanks again."
