This is the first time I have purchased a hitch receiver shank or ball mount made of aluminum, I noticed that it is much lighter than my original steal one. The item was delivered a day earlier of the scheduled date. Thanks for the quick service.
Overall the product looks good, fair pricing, average delivery. I am a little disappointed with how loosely it fits into my receiver. My truck is a brand new 2018 GMC Sierra. You can wiggle the hitch quite a bit, I hope this problem will not be too noisy. It can only get worse with time and wear, especially since it is Aluminum. I saw this complaint on some other reviews. The product needs to be made a little larger. You can always take material off easier than you can add material.
