Excellent fit. It is hard to tell that they are slip-on/snap-on mirrors, and they look much better than the CIPA mirrors that I had on my 2005 Silverado. There is no tightening knob on the back side.

New to the RV world and our truck did a not have extended mirror. Wanted a good fit, factory look, and functional mirror- nailed it! I was suspect on this unit, but it looks like a factory installed unit. Fit was nice and tight, and once on you could not even tell it was a snap one unit. Love these mirrors. they are a snap to install, haven't seen any damage to the truck mirror frames. They do a great job of extending my view around the trailer. Lastly, they look like they were installed by Ford.

I emailed a question about this mirror fitting my 2013 F150 STX 4x4. The response was NO but when I googled custom mirrors another etrailer link came up with a response that it would fit and several STX customers were happy with this model. I'm towing a 24' camping trailer and got to use these mirrors just last week. I can really see much more with the addition of the towing mirrors, especially cars and trucks behind me. Drove local roads and highways. For the money this is one extra safety feature for towing! And when I got home I easily removed the mirrors and placed them in a split bag for storage.
