Not much to say about this. It serves the purpose, and I was a bit disappointed that the cotter pin wasn't included, but that much aside, I would highly recommend this company!

Product shipped on time and installed just like advertised. Have already use it to tow a trailer and had no problems at all. Very happy and would recommend etrailer to anyone.

Very heavy duty, worthy of its rating. Same durable finish that's on my other Curt hitches. Ball comes assembled to hitch so you don't need those huge wrenches to torque it down. Only down-side, I can't seem to make my etrailer e99007 anti-rattle hitch stabilizer fit without minor modifications.

Arrived sooner than expected. A very sturdy hitch with pin. I especially appreciate having the rounded edges where we frequently walk at the back of the SUV. 4" drop is correct to match my truck and trailer hitch height on my Subaru Ascent.
