Excellent add-on for keeping your hybrid bikes level and stable in the carrier. My wife and I both ride TREK Verve 2’s and find the the Saris bike beam helps in making loading and unloading our bikes much easier. We use the Saris Bones 2 rack on both of our Hondas.
I purchased this bike rack for my wife and I. It is very well made and easy to install. I had it unpackaged and on my vehicle within 30 minutes. Ongoing removal and installation only takes me about 5 minutes. I purchased the Saris Beam Bike Frame Adapter for my wife's bike to make it easy to put her bike on the rack. I highly recommend it for transporting a woman's bike. Overall I've found this bike rack and adapter to be great products.
We recently purchased a step-thru E-bike. We needed an adapter bar to mount the bike on a carrier. This bike beam adjusts to the size we need, is VERY sturdy and well made. The grip ends are big enough to go around other areas of our bike frame as needed to reach the post on the carrier. Very pleased with product.
Bought Saris Bones 2 bike carrier for our new Honda CR-V to take our bikes to Florida for the winter. Also a support bar for my woman's bike. Received them in two days! Was really impressed not only with the speed of delivery, the quality of the product but also the email follow ups. Watched the etrailer instruction video on line which was most helpful.
Easy to use. Has a very sturdy feel and works perfectly when mounting the kids bikes to the hauler.

Still works perfect after many uses and many miles.
Typical superior Saris quality. These adapter rods are build like tanks and work exactly as expected. Highly recommended if you have odd shaped bikes that can't be mounted on a bike rack.
The Saris bike adapter bar works very well on my step through bike. It fits the frame and is rock solid. E-trailer provided excellent service and a quick delivery. Very happy customer.

this is a solid adapter bar, but sometimes sticks and is hard to open smoothly.
It is a great addition, however, I realized that I could have used my bike rack without it too. It definitely adds ease to the process though.

Works great--I bought it for my step-through bike, so that we can put it on our bike rack. Does the job.

So far so good, all we used it for right now was to mount the bike during the test fitting of rack. Hopefully we still like after actually using it.

Easy to use. I haven't used them while in transit yet. Makes the bikes easier to lift. I still can't get my daughters bike to fit but the problem is more the bike rake itself and not the beam. Looking forward to using them. I would recommend.
