Hello neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at the Weigh Safe GM/Chevy Rubber Bump Stop. That's right folks, so on those GM and Chevys that have the MultiPro Tailgate, this rubber bump stop is gonna prevent the tailgate from hitting the top of your Weigh Safe Hitch. It's compatible only with the Weigh Safe Hitches. It's perfectly molded for their hitches. I'm gonna pull a shank here that I grabbed just for demonstration purposes.
So I left the hitch part off, we don't need that, this would be sticking in the hitch, this simply just slides right down into the grooves that are preformed just like so and now when that tailgate comes down, it would hit this and not the ball mount and protect the tailgate and the tailgate surface with this rubberized material. So, once again, it is molded to perfectly match up to the top of the shank here and just simply slides right on. Doesn't get any simpler than that. Well, folks, that will wrap it up.
