Hi, everyone, Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at our PullRite SuperGlide Quick Connect Capture Plate for the Reese 5th Airborne pin boxes. So folks, if you're not familiar with this, a Capture Plate allows you to tow your fifth wheel with a PullRite SuperGlide hitch. Now, a SuperGlide hitch, if you don't know, pivots and can turn and helps you make tighter turns. And what this does, it's gonna attach up to your trailer's pin box, thus keeping the kingpin from rotating at the hitch head. So it's gonna transfer that movement down into the hitch itself.

That way, it can automatically glide, turn on those 90-degree turns that you need. Now, this does work specifically with the Reese 5th Airborne pin boxes, and you will need to measure your skid plate on that pin box and ensure that it's 12 inches wide for this to work. Now, this is black, powder-coated, hardened steel. It's very durable. As you can see, it's got a 59 stamped through the middle of it there.

And that just kinda help references the plate very quickly if you ever have to replace it in the future. You got this set nut here, when it comes around the kingpin, to help set everything and lock it in place. And as you can see, this part here is gonna lock in again and help prevent that hitch head on the kingpin itself from turning, but allow the hitch itself to do the turning and everything. So again, make sure you have those measurements to work on that Reese 5th Airborne pin box. Folks, that's gonna wrap it up for our look together.
