i am trying to find a fold downe license plate holder 4 my ml 350 mercedes benz so that i dont have to mount it on the front bumper and i also need one 4 my 08 clk 350 do you carry it or any other idea thanks

I assume you are wanting to mount the license plate below the front bumper of the car so as not to drill through the painted bumper cover.
We have a few different re-location brackets that may help. You could mount the bracket to some portion of under carriage, then attach the plate to the bracket. I have added links to them below.
