Can Holes be Cut for Lights in Fulton Plastic Trailer Fenders

We need a fender for our 1999 escort boat trailer. It looks like the Fulton F008575 might fit, however there are no cut outs for the lights. Is it practical to cut them out ourselves? In all honesty, we are not the most handy people so it wold be nice to find a fender with the light holes.

You could likely cut out light holes on fender # F008575 if you wanted to. Using a rotary tool would make it quick and easy. Or you could mount left fender light # BA44FNL and right fender light # BA44FNR on the fenders. Fenders with pre-cut light holes are not available.
