Lowest Profile Roof Rack For 2018 GMC Yukon XL Denali With Factory Flush Rails

Hello, I am looking for the lowest profile roof rack cross bars to fit my 2018 GMC Yukon XL Denali with the integrated flush rails. I have tight ceiling clearance in my garage so shopping for a rack that sits the lowest height above the vehicle roof to clear the garage. Thank you!

Hello Greg, thanks for reaching out. The lowest profile roof rack for your 2018 GMC Yukon Denali XL is the Thule WingBar Edge Roof Rack # TH37WG. This has crossbars that integrate into the towers instead of having the crossbars on top of the towers like most other racks. This makes it more low profile and helps with clearance. Overall, it will stick up 3-1/2" above the factory integrated flush rails.

How much lower does the Wingbar Edge sit compared to the Thule Evo Flush with the Evo Wingbars? This is the rack I tried out and it was too high to work with my garage ceiling height.
