Does the Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes Come Fully Assembled?

Does it come already put together? Or do I have to put it together?

Hello Debbie,
There is some assembly required for the Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - Hanging Style # TH910XT. It is nothing too intense, and there are no tools required. I saw a review from a customer that they were able to get all set-up in less than 15 minutes. I attached the instructions so you can take a look at them.
Thule makes excellent products, this is an awesome trunk mounted bike rack.
Do you have a trail near by you like to ride? We have the Katy trail here in Missouri, it is loaded with bikes.
