Hey Mike, thanks for reaching out!

We have the DeeZee Tailgate Assist Custom Tailgate-Lowering System # DZ43103 that fits your truck, but we unfortunately don't have a lifting system for the tailgate.

Are you just struggling to lift the tailgate, or do you have a specific example in mind that the lift assist would help with?

@Mike In that case, you might consider checking out the Gate King # GK94FR. This isn't a traditional lift-assist as it's designed to "lock" the tailgate at different heights and secure a load in the truck bed. What this means for you is that you can lift the tailgate in increments and stop when you need a short break instead of having to heave all of it up at once. Please note, the Gate King isn't designed to be used with the Multi-Pro tailgate since yours has the special "breakaway" feature at the top. This just means you can use this as a lift assist, but NOT as the Gate King was intended to be used to "pin" things into your truck bed. Hopefully this makes sense. I tried getting confirmation from my contact at Gate King on using it this way, but they haven't responded yet and I didn't want to keep you waiting. Since this installs in the place of the safety cables you shouldn't see any issues with it working.
