RV Hand Pump Water Faucet - 1/4inch MPT - Chrome Part Number: 37297025 Does Self priming include pulling the water up an empty 4foot hose from the water container?

HI Jameson, Thanks you for following up. Unfortunately I had to return the pump. It looked like it would work perfect but I found that I need a low profile pump. I only have 2" clearance for the faucet and pump handle to fit in when the beds are folded up in the pop up camper. At this point I have not found a suitable replacement. The original pump that was made by Leasure Model 13 - #LM55030 is not made any more. The only company that has attempted to fill this void was one made by Zebra. I tried it and found that it was not self priming as advertised. Every thing else on the market is too tall. If you have another option I would be glad to consider it. Modification to an electric pump looks to be pretty expensive not practical when camping in possible freezing weather. I would also like to replace one of the water tanks but have found that these are obsoleted as well and have not found anything to replace it with that will fit in the same space. It was Coleman # 4748-8941 or Complete assembly – 4735-2131 13” long X 7 ¼” wide and about 13" tall. I can send pictures if you need. Again if you find anything that will work I would be glad to look at it. Thanks, Carl
