Joel, the Curt Universal Truck Bed Extender # C57WR is universal so it should work with your 2025 GMC Canyon. This extender is going to work with 6 1/2' and 8' beds, so as long as your Canyon has either of those size beds, you'll be good to go.

As far as install goes, it looks fairly straight forward. I just skimmed through the instructions and there's only a handful steps and it all looks like it just snaps together, so you should have no real hang-ups.

I should mention as well that this is for full size trucks traditionally, so I'd suggest measuring to make sure that it isn't too wide.
