Comparing The Curt Wiring Harnesses C59236 And C99DR For A 2024 Kia Sportage

I see 2 Curt Wiring kits recommended for the 2024 Kia sportage C59236 and C99DR can you please tell me what is the difference between these and which one I should get? Thank you

Great Question. Both the Curt # C59236 and # C99DR are powered converter 4-flat harnesses that can be used on a 2024 Kia Sportage. The main difference is that the # C99DR is a custom harness that will plug in directly to the existing wiring. The # C59236 is more of a universal harness that will require hardwiring. Personally, I suggest going with the # C99DR as it will not require any cutting or splicing of the vehicles wiring.
