In have a roll up tuxedo tonneau cover 8ft however Im missing the rails and the clamps to be able to attach it and make it functioning. Please advise.

it looks like you're looking at the TruXedo TruXport tonneau cover, in which you'd need the Replacement Driver's Side Rail for TruXedo TruXport Soft, Roll-up Tonneau Cover # TX2722-LeftRail for the driver side, #TX2722-RightRail for the passenger side, and # TX1703561 for the clamps.
