No, those are for a dome light. For replacement LED headlights, I recommend the 9005 LED Headlight Bulbs with Anti-Flicker Harness item # ARC99VR. These are confirmed to fit the connectors on your 2000 Acura TL.
These headlights are super bright and will be a solid upgrade from the stock lights that came with your Acura. These have a blue hue over the standard yellow that halogen or incandescent have. I have a set of these on my truck and I get flashed a few times a month because people think I have my brights on. They do a great job of lighting up the road.
