If you're measuring the actual body of your Shasta Airflyte (not including the trailer tongue) and have a 16' measurement then the Adco Olefin HD RV Cover for Travel Trailers up to 18' # AD37ZR will be the best option to protect your trailer while in storage.
This cover is rated for use in all climates and can fit trailer bodies up to 18' length, which with the extra material would allow you to fit around the accent wings on the trailer. This cover comes with straps and cam buckles to help tighten down the cover for a snug fit, but with your wings you may need to get another bungee cord or strap to tighten the fabric around the wings to help prevent them from flapping around and possibly catching on the tip of the wings and causing a stress tear.
