I have a 2000 jeep wrangler Sahara I am interested in the roadmaster tow bar, but I’m not sure about base plate if it’ll fit has a aftermarket Hanson bumper.

You'd need a base plate kit that attaches to the D-rings on the front of the Hanson bumper of your 2000 Jeep Wrangler. If the D-rings are 1 inch you'd want the part # RM-035-1 or # RM-035 if they are 3/4 inch. These will replace the ends of the Roadmaster tow bar you have now.
