When you reset your Jensen RV Stereo - Double DIN - AUX/USB, Bluetooth # JWM40 you're not supposed to hold the reset button, you're only supposed to press the button and it should reset the unit, however what you can do if that's not working is, cut the power to the unit for 30 seconds and then restore the power.
This should hard reset your unit, if it does not let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot.

I tried pressing the reset button quickly which did not work. We also cut the power to the unit for 30 seconds. The unit acts like there is no power to the unit but the lights do light up when the reset button is pushed. We do have a JWM41 not JWM40
