To install a hitch on your 1995 Toyota HiAce van you'll need to use a universal option like the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-07 which comes with a 44" wide crosstube and mounting brackets that you weld onto your van chassis.
There aren't any custom options out there so any hitch you install will be a fabrication-type install where you'll just have to make something fit or take it to a shop that does this type of work if you aren't comfortable or familiar with it.
