I do have a roof rack solution for you, but it will not be an Inno roof rack. Inno does not make a roof rack to fit your 2002 Honda Civic SI hatchback. This roof rack has a maximum weight limit of 150 lb, so carrying a kayak should not be an issue. In addition, you will have no problems removing this rack from your vehicle when it is not in use.
