The stored weight of the Solera Family Room for RV Awnings # LC362230 that you referenced is right at about 30 lbs. There aren't any privacy curtains available for it but in general it's pretty hard to see in so it acts as it's own privacy curtain in a way. If it's windy at all when it's raining I would recommend not having it left installed. This does fit the 15 foot Dometic awning you have on your Forest River Coachmen Apex Ultra Lite 238MBS.
