Can NOCO 329-GENIUS10 Battery Charger Jump Start a Vehicle

Can this be used to jump start a car without being connected to a 110 volt outlet? In a parking lot for example.

The NOCO # 329-GENIUS10 is a battery charger only, it wouldn't work unless plugged into a 110V AC outlet.

To jump start a dead car battery, you'll need a jump box with an on-board battery. I'd recommend the NOCO Boost X Jump Starter, part # NOC48VR.
