The Thule replacement keys can be used with the Mopar roof rack you have so you'd need the replacement key part # THKEYN011.

My contact at Thule advised that for the crossbars on your 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that have lock core 163 you can use their Replacement Key #THKEYN163. This is sold as a single key so you might want order a few to keep spares on hand.
