What Bull Bar Installation Hardware Do I Need for My 2008 Dodge Ram 1500?

Question:

I have a 2008 ram 1500 and I’m trying to get the steel and black bull bars but I read I need a specific install kit for the bars in order to fit it on my truck? Can I get some help with which kit I need I believe I need a 31-5950PK and will this fit on the steel chrome and black bull bars? The picture is of the one I want on the truck model I have. Thank you

I have an answer for you. The Replacement Bracket Hardware # 31-595PK is confirmed to fit the Westin E-Series Bull Bar with Skid Plate - 3" Tubing # 31-5950 (which is compatible with your 2008 RAM 1500). However, # 31-5950 already comes with all hardware required to fit your 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. Also, this particular bull bar is completely chrome (with no black). We currently do not carry any bull bars that are chrome and black that will fit your 2008 Dodge Ram 1500.

With that being said, we do carry chrome and black grille guards that will fit your vehicle. For these options, I recommend the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate # 57-1950 or the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard # 45-1950. Both of these grille guards come with all required installation hardware for a bolt-on installation to the front of your vehicle.
